Only because you are identifying with the thoughts in the mind. The mind will not accept things the way they are. It always takes "what IS' and turns it into = what it should be or what it isn't. The world is just as it is. It is the mind that refuses to let it "BE". The mind wants you to be depressed and you are accepting that "AS", and "FOR" yourself.
