The word "gee" also "jee" used in Hindi conversation means OK, right etc.

For wife 'patni' and 'bibi' are the equal words in Hindi.

Don't know about "wife"

Ghee is clarified butter.

Ghee is used in Indian cooking much as olive oil is used in Italian cooking. It is also widely used in medicine and, before electricity, was a primary fuel for lamps.

To appreciate the stature in which ghee is held, you must remember the holy status of the cow in Hindu culture.
