in my arms in 3 weeks? how do i do that?

What are the arm exercises that would help? i tried push ups a long time ago and it didn't make any difference so i gave up.

How much are you expecting to lose?

It's not something that's going to happen overnight, and maybe not even in three weeks depending on how out of shape your arms are. Daily lifting and toning exercises can certainly make a difference and you'll want to work the triceps more, but don't neglect the bicep muscles either. Buy a good set of weights that will allow you to increase the weight as you progress, and try to vary your routine to keep from getting bored. If money is an issue, you can always use soup cans and milk jugs to vary the weight. You'll see a difference in a few weeks, but not knowing how dramatic you want the results to be, I can't say whether you'll get where you want in that time. As long as you keep to a routine, you should do fine though.

I would think that three weeks would make a difference. I don't know if you could get rid of all of it. Do arm exercises.

well maybe not excactly 3 weeks,
but by getting an about 6 pound weight and pull it behinde you like your scraching your back.and swimming helps,
like doggy paddleing,
