does my pc virused.my windows doesnt open.instead last known gud config. and safe mode appears.but even i enter those,windows still doesnt start.pls.help me wat to do.tnx

Your pc is most likely infected with a virus. If u have ur windows xp cd then boot from that and repair ur operating system so it won't remove or delete ur stuff. You can always boot from a boot disk(www.bootdisk.com) and run a scan on ur harddisk from there. Once u do manage to open up ur pc with these methods then visit onecare.live.com and run a free safety scan. Its going to scan ur pc for any problem that could exist.
Other wise u may have to reinstall windows.

Hi
This type of problem is due to not shutting down properly or due to electricity fluctuation.
If u have win xp bootable CD, then follow the steps.
configure your pc as boot from CD rom.
Incert cd then boot pc with cd rom.
Now u r at new window set up.
Reapair with option or do new set up by formating .
Before formating manage u r DATA.
If u can,t do this then call me via mail.

If you have the Windows XP installation CD, you might try booting from it and choosing the Repair Installation option when it's presented.
