Margaret S may well be correct about you having a BT Home Hub, but the problem seems to be that it can't find wbtapi.dll. This may well be a component of Windows itself, or a Mobile phone tool. Try a repair installation of Windows if you have the CD, first.

You can, of course, do as Margaret suggests and run msconfig and look for the BTTray.exe and stop that from loading on startup.

You have BT Home Hub don't you?

It's the wireless networking tray icon that bt insists on installing when you set-up your hub.

Just go into msconfig and stop BTTray.exe from running.
