For the last week or so, when I sit, my feet and ankles feel tingly and heavy. It doesnt hurt, and when I walk around it eases off. It is particularly affecting the right leg. Any ideas? Thanks!

It sounds like a circulation problem, but I would see your doctor about this because there are several things that could be wrong, and your doctor would be able to treat these.

Sounds like a circulation issue. It's possible that when you sit it pinches off a vein or artery and causes that "numbing/falling asleep" feeling. If it doesn't go away I would at least ask your doctor about it, it might be the beginning of something more serious.

It sounds like you're having circulation problems. I wouldn't worry too much unless it gets worse and is prolonged. But if you're worried, get it checked (peace of mind is worth a lot!)
