I can't answer your question, but please understand that NO design software can draw for you. It's up to you to be the creative and talented one, the program will merely help you organize your ideas. There are programs called unfolding software. These allow you to draw something in 3D, then they unfold it to make a cutting pattern. Such programs are never free because of the highly specialized market. If you were hoping to find a program to make you the next Cristian Dior, I'm sorry to let you down.
