Quite possible. What state are you in?

In most states you can take a defensive driving course, which will keep the ticket off your record. Also in most states you can ask for defered adjudacation. If you don't get another ticket within a certain amount of time (usually 90 days) the ticket will not count against you. In either case you will still have to pay court fees and costs. In the future remember slow down speed limits are there for a reason, your's and other's safety.

We need to know what state you're in.

Depending on what state you’re in, you might get points or you could lose your license, depending on the law for underage drivers and speeding.

In either case you’ll pay a fine, might have to attend a traffic school, depending on the laws in your state. Expect your insurance to go up too.

Yes, and you should. Do you know the ramifications for being incompetent while driving and hitting a pedestrian, not to mention kill a child. You do not have the experience in driving to make split second decisions at that speed.

wow, that is stupid, how did you control your car? becuase usually 35 mph speeds are set on windy roads or in a NEIGBORHOOD.
but yes you will absolutly have points on your licence, its better to speed if your on a highway vs a little road, because cops check roads alot more than highways.
well, i hope you LOVE your car, because your insurance is going to increase 100 fold

Absolutely. The only question is how many, and that depends on where you live. The bigger issue for you is what your insurance company will do to you when they find out.

In the US, you will.

Traffic school will only remove a certain number of points, not all of them if you earned more than is removable.
