I was just so mad earlier - I didn't do it, but lord I wanted to. This hateful little b-tch saw me pulling in then floored it and honked her horn then pulled in front of me, parked, and got out laughing. I ran up to her and pulled it out of my bag and it scared the hell out of her, but I wanted to tazer her a$$. But, I did key her car really bad - so if you're out there little prissy b-tch - hope you like "go to hell" keyed into your car door, b/c its' there now.

Just let it look like it doesn't get to you and don't act like you wanted the space, and if there's no cameras in the parking lot, key the hell out of the piece of crap she's driving after she leaves her vehicle... That way she won't suspect you...

Smart move Einstein ! You certainly showed 'em who the tough guy is . You also showed 'em you`re smarter than everyone thinks you are. You`re a force to be reckoned with ............ right ?
If you get that violent over a parking spot , You`ll probably go free after the trial because the judge will be too scared to send you "up the river" ! Happens all the time ..............
UNLESS it was a case of self defence , there`s no way a court will accept physical violence as an excuse for words alone , no matter WHAT they were !

Yes, you would go to jail as it is not threat of immediate personal danger. Would likely be charge with assault and battery and possibly weapons charges. If the person you tazered had a pre-existing heart condition and went into cardiac arrest, you could be charged with attempted manslaugther or manslaughter if the person died.

you would probably go to jail with assault with a deadly weapon, or aggravated assault, you will go to jail for doing that, possibly for a while. because it has already been proven a taser can be considered deadly you would be knee deep in some **** buddy
