Sounds like orthostatic hypotention; basically your blood pressure drops when you get up from a sitting or lying down position. Try getting up slowly after lying down for awhile, as your body is trying to adjust to the increased pressure needed to pump blood up to your brain when you're standing up. Many causes, depending on your medical history, age, etc.

If you're young and previously healthy, it may likely be benign. You won't get definitive answers online, so if this is the first time this is happening, best to see your GP. Make sure they check for anaemia, which they most likely will with a routine blood test.

Hope this helps.

Go have your blood pressure checked. Maybe this is the cause. There are not many symptoms of high blood pressure except the ones you talked about.

It sounds like your blood pressure is dropping when you get up. See a doctor about this. They may have an idea to help you.

Whoa. That sounds scary.

This might be something serious...

Go see the eye doctor.
