Some American classics. Who would think that the combination of onion and chocolate would be delicious?
A nice patty melt (a hamburger on rye toast with grilled onions) and a hot chocolate.
A nice sandwich of some sort with raw onion cooled down with a tall chocolate milkshake. If nobody is watching, dip the fries in the shake.
I don't eat like that every day, but I did often when I was in high school.

Try peanut butter and bananas or peanut butter on celery (put it into the crack of the celery). Also, egg salad is great on the celery in the cracks too. Peanut butter and graham crackers are good too. Graham crackers are great with cold 'hot fudge' topping spread between two crackers. Serve chili with crutons or corn chips instead of crackers. For drinks, make fruit juice ice cubes and put them into different colored drinks. Limeade ice cubes go good in a virgin daqueri and give it a good tart flavor. I use food coloring in the ice cubes when the color isn't dark enough for looks so I put green coloring into my limeade cubes. In the red strawberry daqueri, it makes it a good christmas beverage for a party. Being a virgin drink, the drinkers can feel like they are being sociable with a drink and the non drinkers and kids can also enjoy the beverage too. Concord Grape Juice ice cubes go well in any light colored club soda drink. Try the ice cube trays that make shapes. Try cold pancakes with pb & j on them. They are great.

Strips of prosciutto wrapped around cantaloupe. Not sure who came up with that combination, but it is delicious.
I will have to try Guinness and champagne. I suppose it is an upscale version of a black and tan. Sounds... interesting.
