I am already married to a wonderful Christian man. He is amazing, he walks, he talks, he laughs, he cries, he jokes, he is well read, he is a carpenter, a plumber, an electrician, he dances, he sings, he is romantic. We take long rides on our Harley together on beautiful spring or autumn day(not in the summer too hot in MS). He loves me, his family, his friends, the kids value his advise, he was(they are grown now) a great father, a stern but gentle disciplinarian, a great leader and most importantly a wonderful Christian influence. So no, I wouldn't marry an atheist when I have a Christian who is every thing you mentioned and more.
Oh yeah and he ALWAYS knows where his slippers are!!!

I would prefer the dull naive believer. For truth is far more important than what one looks like on the outside or all the arguments that would go on though the marriage.

I'd never marry a theists. I could not think of anything worst. By the same token I'd never marry anyone who like jazz music. You tend to go for people that share the likes you do.

I'm a guy, and a nice Baptist woman found me and married me, not knowing what I know, and I have never divulged it. I even go to church with her sometimes.
But she is full of life and energy, inspite of being a god-believer.

I think many would want to marry a theist that is full of energy. Best of both worlds.

They'd probably choose an intelligent believer instead of a man who tries to hide an insult under the thin veil of a poorly worded question.

To "angelpurplewings": Personally, I am not a dog. Perhaps you should speak to a counselor about your obvious issues.

I hope no one marries you. You seem to be not very tolerant of other prople's beliefs. I'm an Atheist, but I try not to put down the sheep.

What agreement does light have with darkness? or truth with deception? How can two walk together unless they have agreement? NO!
