Try to breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth, it helps to control cramps.

Your breathing may be a part of your conditioning but the nausea is not normal. What have you been eating and drinking before running and how long before? When you feel bad you should stop and walk until you feel better. If you are pushing yourself what is your purpose? Are you just looking to condition yourself or are you competing? If you are looking for general health then you should do things that you enjoy. If you are feeling bad you may be running too fast. Relax and run slow enough so that you can talk.

Stop pushing yourself as far as you can and overdoing it.

Think about a plan. You already know your overdoing it limits. Try slowing down, or running your pace for a shorter distance. Running is not a destination - IT'S A JOURNEY.

Good Luck
