I understand in some cultures families really get involved in marriage. But remember when they're all 6 feet undergound you'll be reflecting on your life. What if?? Fight for her and your life together. You only live once.

I think there's nothing left for the both of you, to fight for your rights to make your own choices in life. If there's no other way to convince her parents, and if she wants it too, you could run off together, but she (or maybe the both of you) might loose contact with her /your family completely. I really can't make the decision for you. Life and love force you into difficult situations once in a wile, you;ll have to figure it out yourself eventually.

that really sucks dude,
I'll have to say we dont think when we fall in love. This is where plan B comes into action and you confess your wanting to marry her to her parents.
Not a good thing to have an offside relationship when you dont bring it to the involved parties' knowledge.
Quick, go tell them you will look after her for the rest of your life and let them buy your story otherwise she's off to another man~

Go to them and tell them why you will be better for their daughter. But first you may want to find out why they are marrying her to this other person. With that information you can understand their reasons and appeal to them more.
