There are height and weight limits on exersaucers. Not sure what the weight limit is but I know height is 30 inches. If you want to encourage walking, perhaps get him toys that he can stand up and push. At 18 months and not walking much he has probably been in the saucer too much. He shold be walking indepently for a while now. get rid of the saucer and walker he will not be able to grow and explore and learn with being confined. Use baby gates or even a large playarea if you need him to be keept in one area.

Please keep him out. Walkers and exersaucers are not good for his hips and interfere with learning to walk.

When babies get taller exesaucers can be dangerous, tipping etc. If you need him in one so he's not getting into too many things consider a baby gate instead.
