I'm 15, and i do a TOn of diet+exercise, but with my body it takes me forever to lose even 5 lbs. I need to lose about 10-15 more (doctor recommended), but am I too young to be taking the SLIMQUICK diet pill??

I'm going out on the limb here and saying yes you are too young to be taking a pill to diet. Most everyone of those things pops up on the FDA's banned substances list before too long. I would like instead to see you adopt exercise as your best friend and it looks like you are. Remember to be patient too. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1/2 to 2 pounds a week and girls lose slower than guys. That is one of those incovenient truths.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://www.health-thin.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

I wouldn't recommend pills, especially at your age, Sarah. I know a lady who tried using them, and they made her very sick. She may never recover altogether.

Have you tried drinking more water? Or eating lots of little meals rather than a few big ones where you'll be so hungry you'll stuff in spite of yourself?

Good luck!
