I recorded the musical backing track using the recording facility on PP and embedded that in the first slide and told it to play until the end of the show. I have also many voice recordings on the following slides that are in sync with the action. I want the MUSIC AND THE VOICE RECORDINGS to play simultaneously but when i preview the slideshow, the music stops when the first voice recording plays. Does anyone know how to prevent this?

Thanks

I can't merge the voice clips because there a numerous separate ones which are IN SYNC with the action. Good idea though

JJon1 What you should do is use Music recording program to merge both together meaning vocal and music. Now when you are mixing this on mixer remember when your vocal starts turn the music on soft volume and then bring up after the vocal finish. Another way is to lay double layer tracks VOCAL MUSIC

Hi,

PowerPoint can't blend audio tracks. However, a free program called Audacity can do it and then you can play the resulting file in PowerPoint.
