What do you mean that your ancestors outdate Christianity? If they believed in the Father before the Son came to them, then they are children of God. As far as Muslims, this is a religion of the Devil and Satan, started by the false prophet Mohammad. All Muslims who do not repent will be sent to eternal darkness and damnation. Israel is the home of Christ, of David and the Prophets, and will therefore be redeemed. Hinduists and Buddhists are at least a peaceful "gathering", though not a religion in the eyes of God. For there is only one true religion, and the Christ is at it's center. These gatherings have hope of salvation by their peaceful nature even though they deny Christ. Many of these will be converted at the end of days, and the end of the world as we know it.

Well, one - hell is a Christian concept. Not all relgions, in fact most, have the same concept of hell. Or that it even exists in the way that Christians believe it does.
Jews believe that gentiles (non-Jews) are saved if they take on the covenant of Noah. This extends to all peoples of the world.
Also if you look to the bible, just as an example, you'll see all sorts of people believing in G-d before Judaism started, and of course long, long before Christianity was born.
Christianity claims that one must believe in G-d's son in order to be saved.
Instead, I say to try and develop a relationship with G-d. There is no need for the middle man.
G-d hears all people, he doesn't discriminate. And G-d judges all people according to what they are able to know. G-d is both mercy and justice. Compassionate and fair.

there are only three Religions in the earth with out all that crap like hinduists buddhists and such crap there are three only first one came to moussa is for the Jews and the secound came to the Christeans and number three came to every one who thinks Muhamad is a massenger of god and the last one before the end of life.
so Muslims and the other two Religions they believe in god and they have some diffrenet in some topice and it tern to be a big one that makes people fight for it to make it clear.
fight is what made Adem came to earth his fight with the devil and we all should fight him for that, the idea of god had a son would not be the wright thinking and it could be stupidedty from whom thenk that.

The Bible says God will judge all people righteously.
It seems to suggest there will be a stricter judgment for those who have heard and rejected the gospel of Jesus Christ than those who have never heard.
Paul tells us that those who have never heard of the law are not imputed sin under the law.
Paul also tells us that those who follow the law (e.g., practicing Jews) will be judged by the law.
The people who have never heard of the law are judged by the basic moral laws of God which He has hardwired into their hearts:
For when Gentiles who do not have the Law do instinctively the things of the Law, these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves, in that they show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness, and their thoughts alternately accusing or else defending them, on the day when, according to my gospel, God will judge the secrets of men through Christ Jesus. (Romans 2:14-16)
If God is just then we will be judged on the basis of what we knew and how we acted upon it.
Those who have heard the gospel of Jesus Christ and have refused to believe have rejected Him will fall under the condemnation of God. Therefore, atheists are without excuse in rejecting God.
Those who perpetrate evil, even without the knowledge of the gospel, will likewise be condemned, since they have violated their God-given conscience.
In the same way, those who play the "religion game" of going to church on Sunday, but living apart from a relationship with God, will also be condemned.

OK! Here's my thinking about this.
GOD is the ALL POWERFUL.
No matter what people call him on Earth.
There is only one GOD.
Who has ALWAYS been here for us. No matter what time in history, before or after the birth of Jesus Christ.
Only HE/She, will make the decision as to Who Will go to Hell. You don't have to be any "particular" religion either. Those who, In their HEARTS. Believe in One GOD. WILL, go to Heaven, Even sinners.
GOD IS all forgiving. IF your HEART IS TRUE. And That's what I think.

you mean it is said those who don't accept Jesus as their Lord and savior go to hell.
Even the demons believe in God... because they know he's real.
You can believe in God and still go to hell.....
It's whether or not your forgiven and born again that determines where you go after you die.
before christianity people went to heaven or hell based on whether they were generally good or bad..... this rule is outdated b/c no one was perfect so Jesus came to save us so we can have an eternity with him.
As far as people who don't believe in God,
they probably still have issues about learning about santa.

There is no eternal torment in Judaism. Most Jews believe in a short period of cleansing, nothing more. There is nothing in the Hebrew Bible about eternal torment!

They didn't think everything through completely when they came up with it.
Brian 8907: the Bible doesn't mention purgatory, so maybe you should study your own crazy religion a little before you tell people nonsense like that.

The Christian Bible doesn't apply to non-Christians. They're the only ones who could go to Hell, because they are the only ones who believe in it.
