They are all flight engineers with many years of experience behind them,
They are all there already today on B1 status in the USA but they don't have time to wait or apply for the labor certification DOL and they need to work with the company in order to save money and secure flights.
What is the quickest way for them to temporary work... ?

the fact is that they have B1 and they have a specific company they want to work with but the DOL certificate takes a long time and to get an h1 they'll have to wait outside the usa for a long time

US Airlines can hire flight engineers if they are qualified and can be given work visas when accepted.

They can't hire them in the United States. They'll NEVER get a labor certificate. We've got tens of thousands of qualified people who are out of work having been cut by US airlines during the last few years.
