The other night I was outside of a resturant minding my own business and this 350 pound slob waddled past me and sniffed "That's disgusting! Don't you know smoking is bad for you?" I simply turned to the behemoth and said "so is over eating" at which point the whale freaked out and accousted me. I just side stepped it and we did a little dance while I laughed out loud. My fast feet and smokey lungs were no match for the tremendious girth of this pig. Soon it tired an was reduced to a sputter, wheezing pile of pork on the side walk. I never even had to touch the beast to fell it. Fat people really should mind their own bussiness don't you think?

I was amazed at how many drivers responded that my outdoor smoking was some kind of healthe risk. How foolish! I could smoke every minute of every day for the rest of my life an not put as many cancer causeing crap into the air with just one drive downtown in your cheap imported rice burner.

loosing weight is hard, i don't know who told you it wasnt. Gaining weight is hard. Just going to the gym consistently is tough mentally. you have to tell yourself to be committed! and in life we have all these other commitments that we loose track of some others ones. school, church (for some), work, relationships and all other things. and to see results (in a healthy way) it may take some time! So why do fat people complain about being fat all the time? Because society makes it harder for people who are overweight or anybody who doesnt fit the stereotype of how a woman should look. Cause lets be serious here, men go around being fat all the time, nobody cares. its women who get all the criticism. So i agree they should go to the gym, but its not easy, by far. Its just something you should do if you are going to complain about being overweight! if you haven't hit the gym, you have no right to complain.

Are you saying that people who develop cancer and emphysema don't tax the health care system? What about my husband who is sent into an asthma attack when he has to walk through a cloud of smoke to exit a restaurant or the grocery store or even work? We didn't have insurance for a long time and we have paid thousands upon thousands of dollars on medication to stop asthma attacks that would not have happened if he didn't have to come in contact with smoke. Not only that, there has been time off from work, lost wages and hospital bills. My husband is not overweight and yet has to deal with smokers all of the time. Thanks!

Sounds like you both could have used some counseling.... And for what it's worth, people can still do one thing wrong in their lives and care about not doing other things wrong. Evidence? You. You were badly behaved and didn't realize this "behemoth" might be mentally ill to provoke you, and what if they'd had a weapon...? But yet, you still got into a fight with a stranger over foolishness.... You don't practice what you preach? OR are people simply allowed to make mistakes sometimes...but they know what is healthy...and are allowed to say they don't want to be around smoke?

i think your both in the wrong. ok he shouldnt have said anything, but u shouldnt have provoked him. what if the person had stroked out coz they dont get enough exercise or maybee they have a condition that means they cant loose weight, which might have meant heart attack or stroke. peopel like you make me sick. u antagonise a situation to the point where it becomes and issue. learn some manners and some self control. next time just walk away or just say sorry didnt mean to get you smoky.
hope when u have emphasima some person who has a stout stature comes up and makes u run till u keel.
is there a dumba$$ award ? the person asking this question should be given it

He was a prick for ragging on you (smokers), just as you are a prick for ragging on him (fat people).

People everywhere really need to just start minding their own business. He won't suffer because you choose to smoke, and you won't suffer because he likes to overeat. Both of you should simply ignore the other one because it's really nobody elses business what anyone does to their own body.

And please, before the "second hand smoke" people start crying, grow up and admit you just don't like it. If you drive a car, you put more harmful crap into the air in one day than this yahoo does with second hand smoke in one year. Get over it.

You both were wrong. It's as simple as that. Where is the humanity?

Don't start pointing fingers at who hurts who more. Maybe we should all start treating people with a little compassion and dignity.

I'm glad I don't know either one of you.

Didn't anyone teach you that it's never all right to comment negatively on another person's appearance? You can think all the ugly degrading thoughts you like, but they should remain your thoughts, not take to the air through your voice.

Wow, what a prince. Spraying your carcinogenic smoke all over the place while you laugh at someone whose problems cannot hurt YOU in any way.

Yeah, you're a real hero.
