Well, there are a lot more Borg, but the Daleks are virtually indestructible. Now if it were back before the war between the Daleks and the Time Lords, when there were like millions of Daleks, I don't think the Borg would stand a chance. So I am leaning toward the Daleks, since it seems like their own weapons are the only things that can get through their shields (they defeated huge groups of Cyber-Men, who are an awful lot like the Borg). If anything, the Borg would probably see the Daleks as the perfection they are searching for and end up serving them.

Have to be the Borg the Daleks were good but the Borg a lot calmer under pressure the Borg also have the Borg Cube which the Daleks would find hard to destroy Borg alos superior fire power and can adapt better. Would be cool if Daleks were assimilated though
