I heard that water supposedly cleans out your muscle cells making then tighter firm and shown more also it washes out fat easy. Supposedly if someone wants a great diet they should drink 3 litres of water a day. However last time I tried to drink nothing but water I got sore throats especially from warm tap water and some bottled brands. Any tips and benefits for drinking water

Hi I lost 9 lbs. w/drinking about 3 TALL glasses of water per day. My nutritionist also said it cleans and replenishes your organs and stuff.

I've always heard everyone should drink 2 liters of water every day. I don't do it, because I'd better go walk around with a catheter, or I'd never leave the toilet anymore, and when I would be out of the toilet, I'd probable be looking for one.
Water contains no nutritions, so it may replace your feeling of hunger if you drink it a lot, but it may contribute to malnutrition if you don't get the rest of the necessary stuff.
Large amounts of water also can be poisonous:

I used to work in very hot circumstances. I only went to the toilet 2 times a day and then I had almost nothing to get rid of, and the color was frightening dark. Still I drank about 10 to 15 liters a day (most of it water, but also other "normal" things like soup, coffee, tea, sparkling water, soda, and beer). The rest evaporated as sweat. I really had to make myself eat many times, because my stomach was already full with water all the time. I also used lots more salt than normal. Normally I don't like salty food, but in those circumstances my body just yearned for salty things.
Normally your body will tell you what's good for you, you'll just have to pay attention to the signs.

Helps to flush things from the kidneys and the body as well. According to my doctor he said that I should drink about 8 glasses of water a day.

Your body needs water - it is comprised of more than 50% water. Not providing enough can cause a host of problems (skin, hair, waste removal). Water is the natural thirst quencher - no additives, no calories, nothing bad for you - all good. Doesn't mean you have to drink nothing BUT water, but no diet should lack water completely!

Drinking water plays a condusive role in our life.
It makes us to feel fresh and fit. It not only keeps your skin healthy but if u drink more water your hair will be more shiny.

it is healthy for you! it is natural, your body needs it, & drinking water instead of other beverages keeps you from gaining the calories associated w/ other beverages. as for diet & other 0 calorie beverages, they often contain artificial sweeteners which either are not good for you or may not be good for you. drinking too much water in too short a period of time can be bad for you, though. (like a man died after drinking 2 gallons of water in a one hour period, or something like that) your body can't handle that much water all at one time, & it can be bad for your kidneys too.

About the sore throat, maybe try cold water.... ??? Put it in a pitcher & refrigerate it.

I had a condition called "water intoxication". My blood sodium level was low (which is very dangerous). My doctor told me to measure how much water (liquids) I drank each day. I was drinking 160 ounces. She restricted me to 60-80 ounces. Now my sodium level is back to normal.

I didn't think you could get too much water if it was spaced out during the day, but you can. If you are very active, you may need more. Check with your doctor.

I could have died if my doctor wasn't so knowledgeable.

I drink cold water with flavor added. I buy powdered drink mixes and add them to the water. water not only rehydrates your body, it also flushes impurities from your body.
