I do 8 min exercises which work on the groups abs, arms, legs, buns for 8 mins per group. After I do a 8 min stretch just wondering if doing these everyday will slim my body. these are the videos you might like to use them but please tell me if they will show changes in my body by september 1st.

You can use natural herbal supplements which do not have any side effects. you can also try some exercise or some natural remedy for weight loss. There are some other options by which you can loose weight also.Also try to consult with a doctor for help.

it won't hurt, but why only 8 minutes per exercise? the more you do them, the faster you'll see results.
