i'm 15 almost 16 my weight is 230lbs my max squat is 275 and my max beanch is 180 is this ok i play football line and wrestle what should my max's be. i know you will say you will get bigger whatever please just tell me what i should be lifting .

there is no direct correlation between the age and/or body weight to strength levels. increased strength is a function of using progressive resistance. what's important is how much your strength has increased since you have started training regularly

Hey dude, u really must lose a bit of weight! Get more cardio exercise by running more- around 5 kilometres daily to start with... I guess ur doing fine with ur squats and benches- a little more than required, infact! That's not the age to increase ur width but to increase ur height. Do stand on ur toes and stretch ur arms up as much as possible. Besides the point... Gud luck, though!
