Yes, you can run Mac OS X on a PC, but it's quite a hack and very difficult, and often depends very much on what components make up your PC. For instance, if you're trying on a Centrino system, it will not work unless you know how to change the installation code. To do the whole project, you'll need to know a good amount about UNIX and the boot process of OS X.

Not unless you run an emulator. They are very slow and can't run the latest versions of OSX, and generally are a pain. - like forget anything getting done fast, networking is total pain and the internet is slow too.

That said, the most common at this time is pearPC. Be sure to read the limitations.

Not really...although if I remember right, I think there is some kind of emulator though that might allow it. But to install mac on a pc, nope.
