I know the time limits are 2 years misdeameanor, 3 years felony just need the actual statute # to reference and have searched over and over again.

in combination with the worthless check statutes that classify up to $150 as a misdemeanor and over $150 as a felony.

Statute of limitations only pertains to the filing of the case, i.e. that the case has to be filed within the time period of the limitations.
If the case has been filed, there IS not statute on the outstanding warrant.
Your 2 years on misdeameanor & 3 years on felonies isn't correct.
Most felonies are 5 years minimum, and some do not have any time limitations.

Florida State Statute 832.05 deals with worthless checks.

Go to a law libary or your libary might have a book on these things an it depends on hoe much the amount of checks were
