could be anything, muscle, tendon, nerve, bones. Go and see a docto if it is really painful or is there for more than 24 hours, but for the moment, take it easy. :)

That doesn't sound good! Radiating pain, especially in the left arm is a sign of a heart attack. It could also be caused by an injury but I would definitely go to the ER right away. When it comes to your heart, you're better off going to the doctor and realizing it was nothing then letting something serious go until it gets even worse. (oh and I agree with the person above me..take an aspirin or two on your way.)

I definitely gotta agree w/ Max (above) - this can sometimes be a sign of a heart attack. Although I don't know if it's true, I've heard more heart attacks occur in the morning hours. Check out the link Max included - signs & symptoms can be different for men & women, so check that out also. Better to be safe than sorry!!!!!

You need to go to the ER right now! This is a sign of a heart attack, especially in woman. They don't present with the typical chest pain. Their pain is usually in the shoulder/abd/jaw! This is not something you should ignore. Take a few asprin on your way.

Could be nerve related as one possibility but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated further by your doctor to see what they think is going on.
