ok were moving up to a new house and iv worked ALL day and now my foot is throbbing i put and ice pack on it it wont help i dont even know were the heating pad is and my foot is killing me i took a tynol but its taking forever for it to work its been about an hour and a half help it hurts so bad :(

You could have strained a muscle or tendon (I do this often). Try a heat pack instead of ice (or even a hot water bottle or something hot (like a heated up bag of food wrapped in a tea towel- something like wheat), and use an anti-inflammatory gel (there is one called Difflam I use that is really sticky but works well). If it doesn't stop in 24 hours, see a doctor. And don't take any other types of medication, you could make yourself ill. Hope you feel better soon!

Could be a sprain as well but this situation really should be evaluated by a doctor to see what they think is going on.
