I'm picturing a mobile sculpture -- like the ones hanging from the ceiling or above a baby's crib.
Cut up some metal coat hangers for the rods, and then tape strings to the rods and pieces of colored paper.
Use big and small pieces of paper. Adjust the fulcrum point to keep the rods balanced.
