Doctors rarely get sick, because they build up immunity's in there bodies by being around germs all day at work. When they do get sick however I am sure they go to a trusted colleague in the profession.

Doctors go to another doctor.
It would be foolish to think that you can always treat yourself. I would personally like to be treated as a patient when I go to a doctor because I'm sick. It changes the perspective and I think you get better care this way. You are going to miss something if you start trying to treat yourself; especially if what you have isn't even something you deal with regularily.

It depends on how sick they are. If it's just a minor thing, they can just treat themselves. Most doctors have access to sample medications that they could just take. Usually, they would see another doctor though. They can't write prescriptions to themselves, but they can to their spouse and take the meds if they wanted to.

Minor illnesses like colds and stomach viruses are easy. They go away soon enough and require no drug treatment. Minor injuries like sprained ankles are the same. The only drug I have in my house is a bottle of acetaminophen that's sitting unopened in its box (for over a year). I spend half my day treating things that don't need treatment.
I've been fortunate not to have major medical problems, but if I did I'd consult a physician just like anybody else.

Obviously, for minor things most of us treat ourselves. For more serious matters we should heed the old adage, The physician who treats himself has a fool for a doctor and a fool for a patient.

Go to another doctor. Doctors can not write prescriptions or medicate themselfs. So they have to go to another doctor.

Pretty logical... they visit a doctor too. Perhaps, if they know their own symptoms, they can decide what to do themselves.
