Hey that's not a problem if u'll seldom meet her...everything which counts is that you love her...and when u love someone sincerely, you'll always be faithful..
tell her now before its too late...and if she doesn't feel the same thing for you...and is a good friend...she will understand and won't walk away from ur life...please at least try to tell her before she goes and u'll regret...
if u really love her u'll do all that u can to improve her life...make her always happy...
So stop bothering on such questions and tell her your feelings...at least u know u have tried....
Hope
I've helped u...

Just because she hasn't got a boyfriend doesn't mean that she is available for you. First ask her if she is looking for a boyf before you start telling her you love her. if things were meant to be between you, then they will be. the five year age gap is a problem because you seem quite young which means she is 5 years younger than you appear to be. If she is under 20 then leave her alone, let her live her life and find someone your own physical age.

Did she hint to you that she shows interest in you?
If she's busy with her school work, and might have neglected you during exams, will you mind?
I assume she's going to a mixed college, and she will have guys friends, do you mind?
Will you be overly protective?
Will you let her have the freedom she needs?
Will you demand lots of attention from her?
How sure are you that you like her?
Besides the last question, if you answer No to the other questions posed, you might wish to give it a try and express your interest.
Best of luck!

You are really lucky to have such a nice girl, very rare to find these days. Don't make haste, just be friends (not boyfriend in that sense) with her and treat her softly without pressurizing for anything. This will do good to you and will eventually get her close, if not your girlfriend.

dude just go for it. age has nothing to do with it, and hey many girls prefer an older guy. the thing is everyone is afraid of rejection, but it never hurts to try, at least this way you'll know that she has interest in you too. what i've laways learned is that you go after what you want.
now about making her life better, only she can do that for herself, no one can alter another ones life, they can just support them in what they do and be there for them when they need someone.

dude, dont make it serious, do the things that make u happy, be lively and take it lightly, if u turn it up too much she might run away, there is nothing like the right think to do,, remember, be funny even tho you say some serious stuff..make it seem like joke,, and finally try and hide some of your feelings , dont show them like a needy guy....

I say go for it. I mean if you really like her and want to make something happen you will never know unless you talk to her about it.
