Concentration camps (death Camps) kept few American POW's! I know of one where some downed army-air force officers were kept outside of Waldsassen, Germany, and were executed. I assume others were, but these were waring armies, not civilians picked up in their PJ's like the Jews were, or like those caught in US sweeps and home raids.

The US is currently trying to get countries to take many of those at Gitmo, and are having a hard time finding sponsors. Most at Gitmo will never be charged with anything!

Hitler and his gang of loonies were not renowned for being able to put a stop to the Resistance in France, Poland, Russia, Greece, Italy, etc...etc... they tried all methods including wiping out entire villages and towns in revenge attacks.

So going by the nazi record in WW2 he would not succeed in capturing Bin Laden today!

Hitler personally was not known to get his hands dirty that's why he had the stooges in the party to do his dirty work. Before you capture militants you have to id them, hitler just sent everybody to the camps who were not loyal nazi a s s lickers.

Isn't Bin Laden the reincarnated Hitler?

I think this is a silly question. It ignores the practical issues of locating a wealthy, well-protected and intelligent man who definitely does not want to be caught, with lots of influential and dedicated allies, in a vast area of tremendously rugged and difficult terrain.

The implication of your question seems to be that if the US threw out all its democratic ideals, it would be easy to catch Bin Laden.

Your second comment reeks of sadism. The aim of a search for justice is not to torture the perpetrators but to protect the populace from further harm.

He wouldn't have, because Hitler would have tried to fight on two fronts, and be squashed by the Russians.
