The Muslims already believe in Jesus as a prophet. But since they believe in one indivisible God the idea that Jesus is God as well amounts to an extreme heresy. Muslims are closer to being Jewish than Christians are.
I think the only difference between Muslims and Jews is that the Muslims have two more prophets. Isa and Mohammad.

To except Jesus as you probably do would require a great deal of brain damage for the scholars I've read have researched it to the point that modern formal religious belief has become the heathen beliefs of the dawn of the new age . Muslims although aqueu of your concept aleady think of Jesus as a prophet and are more likely to come close to your bleiefs than for others to forego their education in comparative religion to the exclusion of reason and logic .
peace and happisness may you find them beyond whatever your beliefs may incline you towards. better to have a good heart in the belief of fable then a bad one in the truth of reality.

Muslims.
Atheists know that the InvisibleSkyPixie and TheKid are figments of very active imaginations.

I love and appreciate the freedom I have, as opposed to the oppression that Xians must live under with their belief in an InvisibelSkyPixie who KNOWS everything they say, think and do, 24/7, whilst continually whispering in their ears: You'd better Love me and Suck up to me or else I'll send you to hell to burn for all of eternity.
No wonder so many Xians visit Psychologists to try to rationalise their understandable Paranoia with a Reality all Atheists take for granted.

it all depends on what would happen.

for muslims, they already have the idea of faith, so it would be an easier leap from one religion to another without the burden of proof. for athiests, most are open minded and will change if there is new evidence, so if suddenly there were proof that, say, the tower of babel REALLY happened irrefutably, atheists could convert in a snap.

I think it would be easier for Muslims because they already have the belief in a diety, while athiests have already decided to refuse to believe in a god or religion.

Well .. Muslims believe in Jesus ... but the difference is that Muslims believe of Jesus to be a prophet as Mohamed (pbuh) , Ibrahim, Moses ... etc

Atheists have it easier by far. When a muslim accepts jesus and leaves islam, that is called the sin of apostasy. In the muslim religion, the penalty for the sin of apostasy is the death penalty. A lot of muslims will try and deny that but in thier heart every muslim knows that this is true. Islam is like the mafia. Once you're in(whether by birth or conversion) you can't get out that easily.

Probably Muslims, since Jesus is already in the Koran as a well-respected prophet (just not as the son of God).

I think it would depend more on the personality than anything. Though, being brought up on a religion would probably make it harder to change.

I dunno...it doesn't matter, though, either way. Ya try hard without trying to insult the person and it either works or doesn't.
