First accept and believe there is a reason you feel this way. You made no mention of getting help or seeing a Dr. ? Have you ? Most often there is something in your past that is a root cause, and you may not be conscious of it, if there is no physical/medical reasons. Any buried traumas, etc ? I would bet there are some lies you believe about yourself from...the past, that you probably aren't aware of(or might be). Anything we have stuffed and have not processed will take /can take us there and there are ways of digging out any hidden garbage.
First decide and believe that you can and will get better, and decide and believe that you deserve to live and be happy. Get help now if you haven't. Take antidepressents you need some now, but don't let that delay you getting some help to find the root source....cause there usually is one. From a guy with an ongoing battle with suicidal tendancies...and fighting hard lately. IM or email if you like

I have felt like this a few times in my life and yet I never could end it, just let another day happen to me.
Now, I am glad to have survived. My life is VERY DIFFERENT and while not every day is PERFECT there is plenty enough to get me through another day.
Your brain chemicals are out of balance, that is why you feel so bad. You need to seek proffesional help. Phone a help line or see a doctor to help you get started on a positive path.
Life can improve, you can find a ray of sunshine to warm you.
Find something that you really like to do.
Take a walk
Have a bath
Smell a flower
Massage your head
Giggle (yes, I am serious)
Draw with crayons
Blow up balloons and play
Eat an apple
Wriggle your toes (a miricle in itself)
There is a wonderful site that has helpful information for people who are feeling like you.

I hope this helps.

I have felt that way before during dark times and it is definitely hard to overcome. The unfortunate truth is that life is full of $hit that is out of our control. However, we DO have control over our own actions and attitudes. This is more important than the crap that happens to you because it defines what kind of a person you are, how you play the hand you are dealt.
The fact that you are on here asking for reasons to live indicates to me that you do in fact still want to live. Why? To experience. To find a purpose. Because there is something out there for you better than death and better than what is afflicting you. If you choose to end your life with suicide you have no one to blame but yourself and maybe you'll hate yourself for eternity (I'm non religious). If you choose to better yourself you will eventually feel good about it but it will take some persistence at first. Don't lose heart.

As bad as you feel and think your life is, there is always someone somewhere who is in worse shape than you are. Please try to set aside your own problems and go out and look for that person who needs YOUR help. In doing this, you will find that ,not only have you helped someone else, you have helped yourself. You might find this other person at a hospital, a homeless shelter, a city park or just around the corner. Also, read some self help books. My favorite writer is Dr. Wayne Dryer, at this very moment I am listening to his latest program on public TV. The theme is Change your Thoughts and you change your life. His previous prgram was titled, The Power of Intention. Please give him a try. He believes in the power of positive thinking. Listen to the dialog that is always running through our heads, when you hear an un-truth, stop, and replace that thought with a more positive statement. Keep in mind that we aren't suppossed to be good at every thing we try... we only need to try. Life is the experiencing of many many things. Learn to laugh at yourself. And what ever kind of day it is, deside that that is exactly what you wanted. Do not dwell on your problems, this will only bring more of the same into your life. Invision how you want your life to be, see yourself there already. And believe in yourself. Life isn't suppossed to flow easy, we only grow by meeting problems head on. All you need is within you already, but you alone have to bring it out by believing that you can. God gives no man more than he can handle, but you don't have to do it alone...seek help and you will find it, start by changing your thoughts. You have you to live for. No one is saying that it is easy, only that it is our goal. Everything has two sides, yin and yang, choose the positive. Dare to try, and dare to fail. As for revenge, the best revenge is a life well lived!

Freedom to me is fairly like the only climax element in case you have been to leap off a construction, that's earlier you're pulled down by utilising gravity yet are a procedures adequate remote from the fringe of the construction to bypass your physique freely. At that element you may desire to not have anymore freedom, it stands out as the suited stability between your authority and actual good judgment.

You really do want to live because your post here shows that you are asking for help. This is wonderful! I went through the same feelings awhile ago and I did get professional help and now I am doing very well. Please don't give up. I care and 2 others here answered you before I did. This shows that you are a very worthy person that no one would like to see gone. If you need further support from us, please let us know.

do see a doctor, You may suffer from chemical unbalance (depression). I did and in the my case, they were able to prescibe anti-depression medication. The medication completely change my life in a positive way. I had to try a few different type till i found the best one for me but it was worth it. It wasnt till after taking the medication that i was actually able to enjoy like and even be happy
