First off, I happen to LOVE cop bashing jokes! I collect them and share them with all my officer friends. Some of them are pretty funny. Some of them are pretty clever. Your cop joke doesn't even qualify as a joke. It's in the category of an 'almost joke'. Try again when you can come up with something that can make me laugh.

A: The flea isn't willing to put himself in the path of danger for average citizens. That may make the flea "smarter," by some accounts, but it sure makes the cop more admirable.
