Two of those you chose you can not start out in those positions.
Flight Engineer, requires that you be at least an E-4 first and retrain from a feeder career field. Usually aircraft maintenance. You need to already know how and why an aircraft works.
Aerial Gunner, are Weapons maintenance techs that are on flying status. Normally they do maintenance and repairs on the weapons on the ground. You need to prove yourself in that position on the ground, before you get to fly.
Don't count on getting an enlisted flying position. If you want to fly, try Crew Chief, 2A5X1, 2A5X2. You could get on flying status and get to fly with your aircraft on a regular basis, when it goes TDY. Then you would also be in position to retrain to be a Flight Engineer after your first enlistment.
If you qualify. Need to have an outstanding record of performance and progression in your job. Above avg performance evaluations. Be able to pass a Flight Physical, which is not as easy as some think.
Then you may get a shot at two years of training and hard studying.
In the AF less than 2% on enlisted force is on flying status.
