Alcohol and asprin or any other pain killer can damage the stomach lining. Alcohol and tylenol (acetaminophen) can increase the risk of damage to the liver. Alcohol and Advil or Motrin (ibuprofen) can cause ulcers and stomach bleeding. It is not t all adviseable to take both.
You can if necessry stop taking Ibuprofen (Brand Name Motrin) for couple of days, but never take it together.-

its aspirin you should stay clear of. its a blood thinner. motrin, not so much. one or two regular strenght motrin and you should be fine. alcohol also makes most people bleed more. so stay away from that too. but i've found that Adrenaline tends to cut the initial pain for most first tatts. especially when you are really anxious and looking forward to it. so u might want to just wait and see. you might not even want anything for the pain untill afterwards once the rush and shock wear off. its usually best to go clean for the first one, then u can get the full experience. good luck. and enjoy.

no there's no problem taking motrin and drinking alcohol together. some people even take motrin before they drink in order to prevent hangovers.

Not a good idea to mix alcohol with medications. If you dont take you medication, try to keep your ankle elevated as much as possible on the day so you dont increase your swelling. If you do take your meds - dont drink.

Don't mix alcohol and pills ever. Just don't take your pills on your birthday if you plan on drinking. Have a great 21st.
