ok i was in the same scenerio as u. the best way is the SQUAT!!! the squat combines the deadlift and the bench press. (do u c a humongus muscular dude that dosnt squat??no!!!) if squating hurrts ur neck go buy a thing called a manta ray. The squat done correctly works 70% of all muscles in the body.
tips: walk up to the bar and lift of the hooks. only walk far enough away that u dont hit the hooks.
never bow ur knees inward!! good luck

Do your workout where you study. Buy an inexpensive weight set (without all the rubber coatings, etc.) and store the assembled bar in the corner or under the bed and get it out for a fast workout without traveling and all the other distractions.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
http://www.health-lean.info , they give you a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.

I lift in the morning. Then eat breakfast. Do super sets, where you bench press, then while those are resting you do pull downs. Back to bench. You get more in, faster, that way.
Lifting, and cardio, gets the heart and lungs better at delivering blood to your brain, so you concentrate better, and get your studying done faster. Most, if not all, of the time "wasted" lifting gets paid back by having more energy to do other things.
