Ok I'm 5'6 and I weigh 140 lbs, I have to kind of fat really but I just wanna know what I should do to get my pack back. I do situps and crunches but I do reps of 50 at a time and end up doing at least 200 a day. I want this in a week, is it possible? Could anyone give me some advice to get a 6 pack?

If you've already got a four pack, just take a marker and draw some shadows to make it look like two more packs. Noone will know, and I wont tell.

Umm yeah... not a week. Anyways, you need to get rid of that layer of fat that is covering your lower abs by doing cardio... run, walk, jog, jump rope, jumping jacks, tae bo, swimming (keep that heart rate up to burn fat)! Tae bo is a really awesome for lowering body fat percentage and it's fun too! A 6 pack depends a lot on diet so you should eat healthy and drink plenty of water. Also, work your lower ab muscles, by doing
leg lift things (don't know what they're called): lay on your back with your body flat on the floor and your hands tucked underneath your butt. Slowly lift your legs 6 inches off of the floor (holding your stomach in). While your legs are lifted spread them to make a V then bring them back together and lower back to the floor. I do 10 sets of 20, but if you're not use to these then you should start out doing less because you don't want to injure yourself.

Your 5'6 and your 140 your fat. Not insult a fact. Do cardio, running and what not. That means you prolly have your 6 pack still just buried under a layer of Mc Donalds.

squat...it works..trust me..i have an 8 pack becuz of the squat.
squat works 70% of all muscles in the body
