Yep Vaucluse, etc as answered. Also some of the leafy Northern suburbs like Pymble, Turramurra, St Ives, Neutral Bay (again that Harbour or water frontage is always a big thing) , Mosman, Gordon but I think Vaucluse still rates as the 'top' suburb.

Point Piper and Palm Beach are the two suburbs you won't get into without many millions of dollars. In Point Piper, the usual practice is to buy a house on a block of land for, say $10million, knock down the house and build a bigger one.

i think of you spoke back your guy or woman question in this one. we've lived in our suburb because of the fact it became a no longer something suburb now it rather is a close-by the place many properties are 1mil plus whilst you're in basic terms telling human beings you meet now the place you reside how are they assume to understand which you're no longer wealthy?? P.S. that's rather crappy for individuals to even say, "so which you would be wealthy?" it rather is in basic terms rude. you do no longer desire to be around human beings like that for the period of life.

Vaucluse, Double Bay, any good apartment buildings in the CBD, Paddington, Bondi, the list goes on. I mean there are multi million dollar houses in Strathfield and Burwood in the inner-west and in general, they arent very special places by themselves.

There are a lot of them - Rose Bay, Vaucluse, point piper, double bay - that area. Anything with a view of the harbour is very expensive!
