no matter how old are you, virginity is not pathetic, it's sacred and honor

There isn't an age that you can say "here". Each person is different. If you haven't experienced the right chemistry as you describe it, then there is no compunction to discard it for the sake of getting it gone :)

If you are feeling like you'd like to find some more chemical action, then perhaps you can be a bit more adventurous. I would say your virginity issue is non-existent, but perhaps you could develop your friendship or relating skills some, or at least unleash the tiger you have chained up.

I suppose it depends on why you're a virgin. If it's issues you are having with yourself then probably that is moreso pathetic If you just haven't found the right person, it's not pathetic. 22 is not pathetic at all either!!!

I have a friend who is like 23 and he's a virgin. He's a virgin because he thinks he's too good to have any body but some hot Jessica Alba. (his words, not mine =P )

Maybe in your 30s? Sex is wonderful! But it also complicates things!

Virginity is a gift that should never be considered pathetic at all, despite what age. It represents purity. Do not give it away because you feel as though you are too old to be a virgin. Many people would kill to have back their virginity. Wait until you have found someone whom is worth marrying.

You will when times right - its not pathetic - it shows that you are stronger than most young women these days - including me - I lost mine at age 13.. it turned out OK but I only did it because I knew HE wanted me to.. I am 24 now and the rest is hostory but it is not pathetic - good on you. If your worried though, try meeting some people and searching for that chemistry you seem to want :)

It depends how you feel about it. If you choose to be a virgin all your life, that's not pathetic. If you choose to wait till marriage, that's not pathetic. If you're just not ready, or you haven't felt close enough to someone, that's not pathetic. I'd say it's pathetic if you've tried and tired to get some, but nobody was willing to give it to you.

Virginity is never pathetic. Its a special thing to be one. If you've had the self control to remain one this long and wait for someone special then be happy.

Most people regret their first time. Especially if it was some hurried grope with a jerk. Dont give it to someone because you worry about how long its taking to meet the one!

I don't think virginity becomes pathetic at any age. I think it is something you should pride yourself on... plus, now that you made it this far, you might as well save yourself for someone "special". Just don't expect too much the first time!

Good question? Here's another at what age does it become pathetic never to have kissed a girl?

You're only 22, you have a long time before you need to be worrying about things like this. Freak out when your 30.

No age. It doesn't matter if you lose it or not.

Why give it to someone you don't even feel chemistry with? If you'd give it to him and not feel anything-it would just be like a waste for you. Make it special--when you're with the right guy, it will be. You'll know when the right guy comes. You can just feel it.
