As of August 7th 2007 the warrants were dismissed and the case too, but an appeal has been filed. So it is still going on.

Dog is a scumbag criminal himself. So fricken what he "cleaned" himself up and became a born again loser christian. He is still a street criminal pretending to help people. Bounty hunters help themselves, they can care less about anyone or anything else.
He needed to be put into a Mexican prison - perhaps then he would understand Mexican law. I suspect the Mexican government didn't want the bad press - perhaps A&E threatened to disconnec them from the network.
