Go to your computer manufacturer's website. Look for Support. Have the serial number,(should be located on the side to the rear, or on the backside next to the product key), jotted down on a piece of paper, and in the Support window it may ask you to enter your computers serial number. This will pull up a screen that will have Downloads, and in it should be Restore disk, or Restore System disk. Probably will cost you $16, or so for shipping/handling fee. If you can't find the disk on the Support site, look for Customer Support, Contact, and see if you can call somebody. I've done this a few times for other people, and use the 2-3 day shipping. Usually costs them $21 for this shipping method. The other fee is for 5-7 days,(just an example for a Compaq Presario)

You need to locate the keys or you will need to purchase new software. If you have recently bought the computer, the seller may be able to help you, but there will be a charge. Good luck.
