There is no MOS for a door gunner.
you would probably want to look into mechanics on helicopters, or any crew members of a helicopter. Usually the crew chief will become the door gunner.
But if you do want a guaranteed MOS then look into army because the other branches only give you a guaranteed field not a specific job or MOS.

In the Army, the helicopter's crew chief usually mans a door gun when required. Or else another part of the ground support staff for the helicopter.
Unfortunately there are no actual MOSs or jobs in the Army to only be a door gunner. But the Army is the branch to go into if you want to work with helicopters.

Do you want to go to war? Then Army.
The door gunners on the Hueys in Vietnam were the first ones you'd see when the chopper sat down on a dust off (picking up wounded or dead soldiers) and they were the first one off and usually the first one killed during the dust off! But, all in all, just go for it.
