If God created the world in 6 days, surely He's enough of a handyman to fix His own kitchen.
On the other hand, if He's only leasing it on Sundays and holidays, then it's the responsibility of the church leaders to handle the problem. They should try begging for more money and manpower at the next service. Maybe throw in some inspirational scriptures about how their all-powerful, invisible friend needs the cash.
If that doesn't work, try looking in the Yellow Pages...

Many supermarkets have bulletin boards where, those needing work post their information.
The next time you go the Supermarket, look for the bulletin board.
You can also post a message that you need someone to the fix the church's kitchen sink.
