This was an objective but I can not find it anywhere in my nursing book (RN)...can you help me please

Increased heart rate,respiratory rate,decreased sweating,feeling cold,shivering,loss of appetite,constipation,headache,vomiting,lessened urine output ,rash and lassitude.
