LoDo as in Denver? If so, take a cab, parking sucks in LoDo esp. if the Rockies are playing. When I lived there a cab from Wash. Park cost just $5...you can't park for that unless you park on Auraria Campus and walk from there!
As for your question, Jesus would hang out on the patio and it would turn in to a HUGE party just like it did all the time in the bible...crowds followed him, he didn't follow the crowds!

I think you should head for the city. I usually meet more interesting people there. If nothing else, it makes for interesting stories if you put yourself in interesting situations.
