A 33 year old fundie guy on youtube said the following to me throughout the past 24 hours:
"a dark hearted arrogant know it all so called "scientist" want to play god, so they desperately try to maintain their badge of intellectual superiority, in that they have ascended above what the common folks are deceived by. and you take it all in without any REAL evidence. many have actually become have actually become believers in a God by studying as a scientist. stop being a follower. check out the thorough refutations that expose how silly of a religion evolution is."
"if you believe you are of no more value than the brute beasts and your existence is meaningless, why care to preach it, and preach this wickedness with such venom. eat drink and be merry for tomorrow you die!(and go to hell!)"
"...according to the presumptuous box you dwell in, feeding

I've got something that can even top all that, crazy as it is.
I've been told that I'm not a "real, true" Christian, because I don't take the entire Bible literally. I've been told that I'm mistaken, even though my theories are scriptural, especially in going back to the original Hebrew.
And yes, I'm a Christian. Many fundies are great people, but some of the others...even attack their own fellow Christians. I may DISAGREE with people, but I try very hard to let them know that I would never intentionally attack them.

Fundies say totally preposterous things, like god is male bc men are superior to women, women should shut up and spread 'em, men were created in god's image and women were an afterthought, that I will burn in hell for practicing Witchcraft...
I could go on but the very thought of them is nauseating. How can we be members of the same species?

I'm not atheist.. but i have had a fundie christian chase me around walmart for a 1/2 hr telling me I'm gonna go to hell (because i have a unfinished tattoo that happens to look like the Blair witch symbol)

Well, shucks... it's just gotta be true, coz it says so right here in the (Bible/Quran/Torah/Book of Mormon/Watchtower/Egyptian Book of the Dead/Tibetan Book of the Dead/Epic of Gilgamesh/Bhagavad-Gita/Theravada [delete whichever are not appropriate]) and I believe everything it says in there, so that PROVES that it must be TRUE!!! So, you're all going to (Hell/Heck/Hades/Sheol/Blazes/The Fiery Furnace/Purgatory/The Other Place/Niflheim/Oblivion/Broadmeadows)!!!
