Look around for security cameras. Pay close attention to large buildings, especially government buildings because they usually have security cameras. If there aren't any cameras, you're one step closer to getting away. Now look all around, If nobody has seen you, act as if nothing has happened and proceed away from the crime scene at the speed limit. If somebody has spotted you, leave your car, walk up to them in a calm manner and ask them for help. Now that you’ve lulled John Q. Public into a false sense of security you’re one step closer to a get away. Ask John if he has a cell phone so you can call the police. When he looks down for his phone, strike him on the back of the head with a heavy blunt object. Strike repeatedly until you dispatch him. Now calmly walk back to your car and exit the crime scene, again do not speed or do anything that will attract attention to yourself.

If you’ve struck the other vehicle hard enough that you’ve left pieces of turn signals at the scene, you’re going to have to get rid of your car. Take your car well into the country where people go four wheeling. Drive down a deserted trail, push your vehicle over the side of the cliff, and burn it. Make sure that you use something like diesel fuel and soak the trunk, interior, engine bay, and exterior of the car. Light the car and leave the scene.

Make sure that you have no coconspirators! That’s how you’re always tripped up. One of them will get caught and spill his guts or feel guilty. Always act alone when you’re committing a crime. If you must have help, make sure that you have professional criminals helping you. I’d suggest joining some group like Cosa Nostra or any of the local mafia organizations in your area.

I hope that this was helpful.

Seriously, if you can’t find the owner of the vehicle, leaving your name and contact information is good enough. Once you’re some place where you can notify the proper authorities, do so immediately as to avoid possible hit and run charges.

First thing is to leave your name and your phone number on a piece of paper and place it between the windshield and the wiper. Then get the license plate number of the car you hit. Call your insurance company and inform them of what happened and to expect a call from the owner of the car.

If you really hit it hard and did a lot of damage, then call the police to get a report.

When the person calls you, give them the name of your insurance agent and tell them that he is expecting their call.

That should be about it.

Now on the flip side, let's say you hit them and then just leave. You may luck out and no one saw you, but then again, maybe someone did see you and got your license number. Then they give it to the person who's car you hit. Now they know who it is, and they have a witness to boot. guess who is really in trouble for hit and run. That's right, you.

Do always leave your name and number. It is just an accident, don't make it into a felony crime. If someone hit your car, how would you feel if it happened to you?

Do one of a number of things. You could wait around to see if the owner shows up and admit your culpability.

You could also leave a note on the windshield with your name and phone number to inform the owner that you accidentally damaged his/her vehicle.

If the damage is severe enough, you could also call a police officer and explain that you caused the damage and give the officer your information (license, insurance, phone number and address).

Under NO circumstances should you just take off and pretend it never happened; that's "leaving the scene of an accident" and/or "hit and run", which is illegal. Good luck!

leave some information on a note so they can get in touch with you,or call the police and have them make a report on it,don't leave without doing something, they will ticket you for leaving the scene of an accident if someone see,s this happen, its just better to be honest when something like this happens, good luck with it.

Leave your number and address on the windshield wiper so that it is held between the window and the wiper, so that they can call you and deal with whatever needs to be dealt with.
