they can be practical, tangible, spiritual, emotional etc... whatever 3 things you like about yourself.
The only stipulation is that you CANNOT use your looks or any bodily feature (hair, eyes etc), or any benign habit like "I dress well" or "I have good taste in wine". It must be a habit, gifting, emotion etc.

Wow. I hate this kind of thing, because I feel like I'm being arrogant. I'll give it a go, though.

1) I'm honest. Do NOT ask me how your butt looks in those pants.
2) I'm direct. Why waste twenty minutes telling you what I can tell you in a single sentence?
3) I do really well at staying out of arguments. If it involves me, great--we'll work through it. If it doesn't... well... good luck with that.

I'm a imperfect person (like everyone) but this are the 3 things that I believe are good in me:

1. Patience. I hate impatient people because I'm not.
2. I believe I'm a good husband and father.
3. I'm an excellent designer (Architect).

I am a good mom.

Although I may not agree with everyones choices and beliefs I still respect them.

I have a very good metabolism. I can probably eat more than a 300 lb person but I'm only 97 lbs. I'm not tryingto gloat, I just really like to it.

I try, and 99% of the time succeed at putting my daughter and family first.

I am honest - my friends and my family tell me I'm honest to a fault - whatever that means. Honesty is the best policy in my book.

I am generally happy and try to always look on the bright side of things. I of course, have my off days like anyone, but they genuinely seem to be fewer and farther between to me.

I can always tell when people are full of it.

I have sworn to never harm a child first-handedly or through a second party. (Lifestyle choices that result in deaths in other countries are OK. LOL)

1. I've been a very reserved, serious guy. I've worked on bringing out my lighter side. I think it's working.
2. I've worked on managing anger better.
3. I haven't felt hate in a very long time.
